iPad Competition: HP Slate

Details about HP’s iPad competitor, the Slate, continue to leak out.  If the pricing details CrunchGear is reporting hold true it will cost more than an iPad.  $50 dollars more? I guess that is the premium Apple/Mac haters are willing to pay in order to avoid coming over to the dark side.

AT&T on the iPad 3G

I continue to flip-flop on the decision of waiting for the 3G version of the iPad, or getting the Wi-Fi only version a month earlier.  Why not get both you say?  I like to eat I say! 

Reuters has an interview with  AT&T’s Randall Stehpensons where they discuss the iPad 3Gs impact, or possible lack of impact.

iPad Pricing

The iPad will be available in 3 memory sizes: 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. Prices for the Wi-Fi only models will be $499, $599, and $699 respectivly.
